What is hypnosis?
It is when a person is very relaxed and open to suggestion.
Can everyone be hypnotized?
Yes. But there are few exceptions, for example those with reduced mental capacity. Kids can be hypnotized, my youngest client was 5 years old.
Will I lose control in hypnosis?
No. Hypnosis is safe your subconscious mind wants to protect you and will. Hypnosis is about helping you regain control of areas of your life you feel are out of control.
Is hypnosis dangerous?
There has never been a case documented where someone was harmed by hypnosis.
Will insurance pay for this?
Most likely not.
How many sessions does it take?
It's hard to say because everyone is different.
Are your services confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is protected, hypnotists work with clients that have been through a lot or are going through very tough times. So privacy, and trust are essential.

My journey with hypnosis started when I was a child. At nine years old, I learned about hypnosis and the power the subconscious mind. Throughout my life, I have always been curious and open to learn about non traditional or alternative viewpoints. Along the way, I used self-hypnosis to overcome many obstacles, very pleased to have this beneficial resource. After a career in the US Coast Guard, I was trained by some of the best hypnotists in the country. Under the name of Baltimore Maryland Hypnosis, I helped thousands of clients for more than ten years.
